Delivery costs.
Courier costs apply to all deliveries. These costs are based on
distance from our shop in Lindfield and start at $8.50. Our staff will advise
you of these charges on your order placement. Be aware that penalties may
apply in cases where incorrect delivery information has been given.
Our normal delivery days and times.
Monday to Friday – All day delivery but orders after 3.00 pm may
not be able to be delivered on the same day.
Saturday – We have one morning delivery
run on Saturdays. Orders for same day delivery need to be placed before 10.00am
to enable same day delivery. Also note that there are some limitations to certain
long distance suburbs.
Sundays – No delivery available.
Always feel free to ask our staff if same day delivery is attainable.
What areas can we deliver to?
We cover most metropolitan areas throughout
Sydney. There are some restrictions to distant areas on Saturdays. We can
also arrange for deliveries both interstate and internationally through our
Network. There may be delays in international deliveries due to time
differences.
Are there any guarantees for specific time delivery?
Sadly we cannot
guarantee a specific time of delivery for normal delivery orders. Once
deliveries are collected from our shop it could take up to three hours for a
specific delivery to take place. In normal instances, however, deliveries are
made promptly. Specific time deliveries can be made if urgent and in these
instances significantly higher delivery costs will apply.
Be aware of the following:
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave the goods in a safe visible place.
If an incorrect delivery address is given then we will endeavour to call the sender for additional confirmation. If we are unable to get correct details the courier will return the goods to the shop. A redelivery will normally result in further charges.
If the recipient is known to live in securitized premises, building block or entrance gates, then advise us of this to avoid delivery problems as this too may result in additional costs if normal courier time is disrupted.
